Content Views are interactive dashboards that display the posts with the best results over a specific period. They offer two powerful ways to analyse data using Artificial Intelligence:

  • Content Report: Ideal for a quick, automatic analysis of your top content. Generate a comprehensive report with a single click, with no setup required.

  • AI Insights: Our tool for advanced qualitative analysis. Unlike the automatic report, here you can create custom prompts, add specific context about your brand or sector, and ask questions directly about the data.

In this article, we will focus on how to make the most of the Content Report.

Beta functionality: This module is currently evolving. The format, included blocks, and types of analysis may vary over the coming weeks.

🤔 What is a Content Report and what is it for?

The Content Report is designed to save you hours of manual work. The AI "reads" your Content View and drafts actionable conclusions for you, adapting to different levels:

  • A single brand, including multiple social networks.

  • Entire sectors, comparing several competing brands.

  • Specific campaigns or themes, using content filters.

For the report to be accurate, the system analyses data based on your current view settings: the profiles, the sorting criteria, and the selected date range.

✅ How to generate a Content Report step-by-step

Generating your report is very simple and only takes a few seconds:

  1. Access the Content View you wish to analyse.

  2. Configure your view: Ensure the profiles and dates are correct.

  3. Click the "Report" button: You will see it highlighted in the top right-hand corner of your panel.

  4. Done! A new page will open with your processed report ready to read.

  5. Copy the URL directly from your browser or use the share button in the notification bell to send it to your team or clients. Please note that as this is a beta version, PDF downloads are not currently available.

Keep in mind that generating this report consumes tokens from your account. You can check the details and your available balance in the "Usage" section.

📊 What is included in the Content Report?

The report generates standard blocks covering the key points of your performance without you having to ask a thing:

  • Executive summary: Main conclusions from the period.

  • Key metrics: Total interactions, views, and engagement rate.

  • Performance by network and format: A comparison of which platforms and post types (video, image, carousel, etc.) are performing best.

  • Best time to post: Days and hours with the best results.

  • Brand analysis: Insights into personality, emojis, and hashtags.

  • Content topics: Which territories generate the best results.

  • Top 5 contents: A ranking of the most successful posts.

In this beta version, the report is not yet customisable (blocks, metrics, or structure). We are actively working on adding post links and custom branding (corporate logo and colours).
