✅ How to create a report from a template step by step
Access the project you wish to work on.
Click on the “+” button in the top right corner and select “Report (template)”.
Choose the report template that best suits your needs.
Customise the report:
Add a title.
Enter the author’s name.
Set the date range for your analysis.
Decide whether to compare with a previous period.
Mark as a “private report” if you want to be the only one able to edit it.
Select the apps or data sources you want to include. If no sources are connected yet, the system will prompt you to do so before proceeding.
Click “Generate report”. Once ready, you'll see a notification. Click the red bell, then “PDF” to download the file.

Want to save even more time? Schedule your reports to be automatically sent to your email on your preferred day of the week or month. Simply enable the automation option when creating or editing the report. This way, your team or clients stay informed—effortlessly.
