When you need to analyse digital profiles of new clients, brands, or countries, you can create a dedicated project for that purpose.

✅ How to create a project step by step

  1. Log in to your Welov account, click on the “+” button in the top-right corner of the menu and select "Project".

  2. Assign a name to the project and, if you wish, add a description.

  3. Configure the following fields:

    • Project logo or image (200x200 px)

    • Currency for financial data

    • Brand’s corporate colour, which will appear in the charts

    • Selection of dashboard templates (from Welov or ones you've previously created) to automatically appear in the dashboards section upon project creation

    • Option to send dashboard summary emails to the entire team

    • Users with access to the project

  4. Click on "Create project". Now all you need to do is connect your social media profiles and start using Insights AI.

⚙️ Customise your project settings

Each project in Welov is independent, allowing you to configure them differently according to specific needs.

To customise an existing project:

  1. Access the project you wish to customise.

  2. Click on "Project Settings".

  3. Edit the different sections as desired:

    • Project name.

    • Description (optional).

    • Project logo or image (200x200 px).

    • Currency (for economic data).

    • Brand's corporate colour, which will be reflected in the graphs.

    • Recurring report delivery (optional).

    • Users with access.

  4. Once the changes are made, click on "Save project".

💡 Useful tips

  • Efficient organisation: Use descriptive names for your projects to make them easier to identify and manage.

  • Collaboration: Assign the right users to each project to encourage effective teamwork.

  • Customisation: Take advantage of dashboard templates to tailor your analyses to the specific needs of each project.
