Enter Content Navigator and create a new ranking or choose an existing one.
Choose the order criteria, number of publications in the ranking, and time range.
Click on the Insights IA button in the upper right corner.
View the insights history or create a new one from the +Insight IA button. 🤩
Filter by categories and choose the desired prompt or create a new one.
Automatically, the tool will send a csv to ChatGPT with the data....
And voilà! You will receive a complete analysis in seconds. 🎉

When a prompt is generated, you can copy the result to the clipboard and paste it wherever you want.

If you're sharing the result of an insight with someone who doesn't have access to Welov, or you just want to highlight it in your reports, generate a public view and share it right next to the prompt. That way, the person you're sharing with can see the ranking of publications used to generate that insight!
📱Insights AI history
All the prompts generated in each ranking are stored in your history (unless you delete them). This way, you or any other member with access to the project can easily refer to them whenever you need to. 🤗
You can get the following information from each prompt in the history:
The title of the prompt
The date the prompt was created
The time range of the analyzed view
The user who generated it
A preview of the result
🤑 Token consumption
Your subscription determines the number of tokens you have in your account each month. Find out how many you've used this month or how many you have left. It's simple.
Go to Content Navigator. Click on Insights IA and then on "View consumption."
🚦Only users with administrator and owner roles can review the consumption of the views.
This section will show you:
The percentage of tokens you have spent out of the total available in your account. It applies to both version GPT 3.5 and version 4.
Spending of Tokens per project
You will find the average amount spent per project and per GPT version here.
Click "View" in the "More Details" column to see spending per view and per GPT version, along with the time range and date of the insight.

Get it right the first time. Each prompt includes a description to ensure you choose the right one.
You will easily extract the results. Copy the analysis result to the clipboard by clicking the Copy icon at the top of each Insight.
Take control of your insights. You can delete any prompt by simply clicking the "Delete" button below each insight.
