🎯 Objective
To help you build your own analysis instructions for the Content Report, tailored exactly to what you need to know — no generic templates, no results that tell you nothing.
📌 What you'll get
A custom-made prompt for your specific case
An analysis that answers real questions: budgets, results, sales arguments
Less time translating data and more time making decisions
✏️ How to get started (2 min)
Before you begin:
Log in to Welov.io and open the project you want to work on
Exclude contests/giveaways to analyse only real content
Create a content view with the profiles you want to analyse
Adjust the time range (the maximum is 500 posts)
Add your brand logo if you're going to share the report
🧱 Build your prompt
Step 1 — Define what you want to know
Ask yourself what analysis would save you time if you didn't have to do it manually. For example:
Is the collaboration with this influencer justified, or are we wasting the budget?
What content is actually working and what should we stop posting?
How do I show with data that my strategy is delivering results — to my boss, to my client?
What concrete arguments can I use to convince a potential client that we're their best option?
Step 2 — Write the instruction
Option 1: Ask an AI to write the prompt for you. AIs understand each other well. Open Claude (or any generative AI) and write something like:
"I want you to create a prompt for another AI to analyse a series of social media posts. The goal of the analysis is [what you want to know]. The output should be [how you want it presented: table, list of insights, concrete recommendations...]."
Option 2: If you have more experience creating prompts, write it directly in the instructions box and click the Improve with AI button.
Step 3 — Review before using
The prompt should be under 3,000 characters. If it's longer, ask the AI to shorten it.
Always add this sentence at the end:
Suppress the performance sections by format and social network, highlights by brand, best day and time to post, and posts with best and worst performance.
Step 4 — Launch it
Open Content Report → Instructions, paste the prompt and generate the report.
