ℹ️ What is a Content Report?
The Content Report analyzes your content and automatically generates a structured report with metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Based on a content view, it transforms your data into a clear and actionable document designed to help you understand what’s working, and communicate it easily to your team or clients.
You can use it to quickly review performance or to create more strategic reports by adjusting the analysis to your specific goal. For example:
Prepare a report for a client or team
Analyze performance over a specific time period
Compare results across channels or brands
Extract conclusions and next steps without working manually with data
📊 How is a Content Report built?
A Content Report is built in layers, combining automatic analysis with customization options.
🔹 1. Automatic base
By default, the report includes a complete structure with:
Executive summary
Key metrics
Performance by channel and format
Best time to post
Brand analysis
Content topics
Top-performing posts
✨ Example of an automatic Content Report.
🎨 2. Style
You can define how the report looks by adding your brand or client’s logo. This does not affect the analysis — only the visual presentation.
✏️ 3. Instructions
Here’s where you define what you want to analyze and how the report should be structured. You can:
Change the focus of the analysis (performance, strategy, content, etc.)
Add new sections
Prioritize certain blocks
Remove parts of the automatic report
Adapt the content for a specific client or use case
The report keeps the default structure by default. If you want to remove any section, you need to specify it explicitly in your instructions. Example: “Generate a report focused on performance by channel. Remove brand and content topic sections.”
Not sure where to start? Use one of the predefined templates:
One profile → Executive summary for one profile
My brand → Overview of all your brand’s profiles
Benchmark → Compare your brand with competitors
Topics → Comparative analysis of automatically detected content topics (example)
After selecting a template, you can continue editing the instructions.
💡 Use case examples
You can generate reports such as:
