How to create a custom prompt on Insights AI?🚀
These are the steps to follow to make customized prompts 🤩:
Go to 'Content Navigator', create a new view or select an existing one.
Adjust the order criteria and time range.
Click on 'Insights AI', select '+Insight AI', then 'Create a new one'.
Complete the title, description and instruction you want to give the AI so that it can generate a relevant and consistent response.
Choose the analysis model (Gpt 3.5 or Gpt 4), and a subject category.
Save and/or test your prompt to see how it works in real time. If it doesn't work as expected, you can easily edit it.
How to edit or delete a custom prompt? 🛠️
If you have created a custom prompt in Insights AI and want to edit it or delete it, go to 'Insights AI', select '+Insight AI', and under the 'My prompts' category, use the icons to edit or delete.
