Dashboards allow you to visualise and analyse key metrics of your profiles in Welov. You can create them from scratch or use existing templates.
✅ How to create a dashboard step by step
Access the project you want to work in, click the "+" button located at the top right of the menu and select "Dashboard".
Assign a name to the dashboard.
Choose one of the following options:
Use an existing template to streamline the process.
Create from scratch and add KPIs manually.
Configure the following options according to your preferences:
Nest the dashboard within another existing one.
Schedule the dashboard to be sent via email (weekly or monthly) to users with project access.
Set the dashboard as private or visible to users with the Guest role.
Define it as the main dashboard of the project.
Click "Create dashboard" to finalise.
🧠 Final step: customise your dashboard
Once the dashboard is created, you can customise it according to your needs:
Add widgets to visualise different KPIs.
Organise widgets by dragging and dropping.
From the three-dot menu in the top right corner, you can edit your dashboard settings, convert them into templates to reuse in other projects, and/or turn them into reports.
