Have you created a dashboard with the KPIs you wish to analyse? Convert it into a report to customise and receive it automatically via email.
✅ How to convert a dashboard into a report step by step
- Access the dashboard you want to convert from the «Dashboards» section. 
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select «Convert to report». 
- The report will be automatically created in the «Reports» section with the same name as the original dashboard. 
- Click on the report to open the editor and customise it: - Modify the name, author, and date range. 
- Add titles, texts, and images. 
- Change the chart type and adjust the number of posts in content rankings. 
 
- To receive the report automatically and regularly, enable the «Recurring report» option. 
- Click on «Generate report». You will receive a notification when it's ready to download in PDF or CSV format.

💡 Useful tips
- Metric order: Metrics in the report will follow the order of the original dashboard, from left to right and top to bottom. 
- Date range: The report will display data from the same data range your dashboard was showing at the moment it was converted into a report. You can modify this range in the report editor. 
- Default time range comparison: The report will compare the data for the chosen time range with the immediately preceding period. You can change this in the report editor if you wish.
