To use AI to measure and analyze digital profiles in Welov, connect them to your account. Here's how to view social media data in Welov.

What profiles can I connect to without credentials?🪄

  • A Facebook Fan Page

  • An Instagram Business or Creator profile

  • An X (formerly Twitter) account

  • A YouTube channel

🚀We can extract data from profiles without credentials from Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn networks via scraping, at an additional cost. Simply request it from the Support team through the tool's chat.

How do I connect the profiles? 🔌

  1. Access the project where you want to connect the profiles or create a new one.

  2. Click the plus sign ➕ on the right in the top menu and choose Data Source. Or, you can go to the Integrations section in the vertical menu.

  3. Select the social network corresponding to the profile you want to install: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or Youtube.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your username or profile link (in the case of YouTube, a link to a video) as appropriate.

  5. Fantastic! You've already connected your profile. Connect the rest of the profiles by repeating this process.

📌Once you have installed new profiles in Welov, you must wait at least one hour to extract data or generate reports. The time may be longer or shorter depending on the number of profiles you connect and the volume of publications, but you must wait at least one hour.

Data history for competitor profiles

Once you connect a profile without credentials to Welov, you will see data passed according to the storage contracted in your plan, taking into account the limitations of each API (from which we extract the data):

  • Facebook competitors: last 600 posts.

  • Instagram competitor: up to 2 years back.

  • X (former Twitter) competitor: last 100 tweets.

  • YouTube competitors: we retrieve the total data of videos published in the last 6 months. For example, for the KPI views, you will not be able to see the data by date range, but you will see the accumulated data for this video from today.

Data types available for competitor profiles

When you connect profiles as competitors, you will only see public data in all functionalities. This is the same data you see when you log in to any social network.

  • Facebook competitor: total data (organic + promoted).

  • Instagram competitor: organic data.

  • X (formerly Twitter) competitor: total data (organic + promoted).

  • YouTube competitor: total data (organic + promoted)
