If you need to temporarily pause a project without permanently deleting it, you can easily archive it to keep your account organised.
🗂️ What does archiving a project entail?
Restricted access: You won't be able to access the project, and no new data will be loaded.
No notifications: Reports and alerts related to the project will not be sent.
Cost savings: Profiles will no longer count towards your account, and no additional charges will be incurred.
Easy reactivation: Simply go to the 'Archived projects' section to reactivate any project whenever you need. Please note that data not collected while the project was archived cannot be recovered.
✅ How to archive a project step by step
Go to the Archived projects section. A list of all your account's projects will appear.
Find the project you wish to archive and click the corresponding Archive button.
You can also access the project you want to archive, go to the Project Settings section and click on Archive Project in the upper left corner.
