If you're trying to change your subscription and see the message “You can't change your plan… yet”, it likely means your account exceeds one of the limits of the new subscription. Here's how to review and adjust those limits so you can complete the change smoothly.

What do you need to check?

Welov will automatically show you which elements are currently exceeding the allowed limits. You can fix them yourself in just a few clicks.

In the message shown when trying to change your subscription, click "Review" next to each highlighted item. This will take you to the relevant section where you can make the necessary changes directly within the app. Once you've made the changes, try changing your subscription again.

How to make adjustments

Here’s how to modify each type of item in your account:

👤 Users

Reduce the number of active users in your account if needed.

📱 Social profiles

Remove any social profiles you no longer need.

📁 Projects

Archive projects that you're not currently using.

💡 Useful tips

  • Archived projects can be reactivated later if needed.

  • Changes take effect in real time.

  • If you need to keep more items than your subscription allows, consider upgrading to a higher plan.
