In Welov, we use Stripe to process all payments. From your billing page, you can update your subscription, change your payment method, or cancel your subscription at any time.
🔐 Where can I manage my subscription?
All billing information is available in your Welov billing page. From there, you can:
View your invoices and payment methods
Change or update your card
Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
Cancel your subscription
👤 Who manages payments?
Any workspace owner can upgrade the subscription by entering payment information. Once upgraded, only owners will be able to manage future payments and billing changes.
💳 Accepted payment methods
You can easily pay online with major credit cards. All payments are securely processed via Stripe, which meets and exceeds industry security standards.
Available methods include:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
Apple Pay and Google Pay (availability may vary)
Direct debit
Bank transfer (only available for Enterprise plans)
🔄 Can I get a refund?
We want you to be happy with your experience on Welov. That’s why we offer a simple and fair refund policy for new subscriptions.
If you cancel within the first 14 days after your initial payment, you can request a refund. To do so, contact us via the chat icon (bottom right corner) or email us at [email protected] with the details of your case.

Download your invoices anytime from the Stripe portal.
If you need customised invoicing or wish to pay by bank transfer, get in touch with our team to access an Enterprise plan.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds are not issued.
